Abstract

A potential and qualified human resource will be the main point of companies strenght. Moreover, the resource
becomes one of the important elements for business or company in order to run it well. Therefore, companies need
to manage their human resource property so that employee performance become optimal. This research aimed to
find out and analyze the effect of remuneration pattern, achievement motivation, and work competence on
employees' performance of CV. Karya Baru, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The population was 36
employees of CV Karya Baru, Surabaya. Moreover, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument
in data collection technique. Furthermore, the results of questionnaires were analyzed by multiple linear
regression as the data analysis technique. The research result showed that, as follows (1) Remuneration pattern
had a positive effect on employees' performance of CV. Karya Baru, Surabaya, (2) Achievement motivation had a
significant effect on employees' performance of CV Karya Baru, Surabaya, (3) Work competence had a significant
effect on employees performance of CV. Karya Baru, Surabaya.
