Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Bams Jaya Bersama which is engaged in contracting. This thesis entitled
The Effect of Work Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance (CV. Bams Jaya
Bersama). The research method used is a quantitative approach using a sampling technique. The sample in this
study used a survey method, namely the method of collecting questionnaire data from respondents. The
analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service
Solution) tool system. The result of the study indicate that work displine that employees have, the better the
performance of CV employees. Bams Jaya Together. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect. This study
states that the motivation in the company CV. Bams Jaya Bersama has a very small influence on employees
performance so it does not have a very small level of influence. The work environment has a positive and
insignificant effect on employees performance at CV. Bams Jaya Together.
