PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMUNIKASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG RUNGKUT SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of motivation, communication, work stress on the employees’ job
satisfaction at BPJS Employment Rungkut Surabaya. The research used a quantitative approach. Moreover, the
research population used all the 34 employees at BPJS Employment Rungkut Surabaya. Furthermore, the sample
collection technique of this research used a saturated sample, therefore it obtained 34 employees. Meanwhile, the
instrumen in data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research used
multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application 24 versions.
The research result showed that: (1) Motivation had a significant and positive effect on the employees’ job
satisfaction at BPJS Employment Rungkut Surabaya; (2) Communication had a significant and positive effect on
the employees’ job satisfaction at BPJS Employment Rungkut Surabaya; (3) Job stress had a significant and
negative effect on the employees’ job satisfaction at BPJS Employment Rungkut Surabaya.
