PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KARYA SENI LUKISAN TIMBUL “EDI SUTOPO”

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how significant the effect of leadership, human resources
competence, and work discipline on employees’ performance at Edi Sutopo’s art design of
embossed painting. The research was quantitative with survey as its method. Moreover, the
data collection technique used saturated sampling technique, in which all population was the
sample. In line with that, there were 28 employees as the respondents. Furthermore, the
instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires and documentations with Likert
scale. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS
(Statistical Product and Service Solution) for windows. The research result concluded that
leadership had a significant effect on employees’ performance at Edi Sutopo’s art design of
embossed painting. Likewise, human resources had a significant effect on employees’
performance at Edi Sutopo’s art design of embossed painting. Similarly, work discipline had
a significant effect on employees’ performance at Edi Sutopo’s art design of embossed
painting.
