Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of Organizational Culture, Organizational Support, and Work Life
Quality on Organizational Commitment at Employees Cooperative of Petrokimia Gresik Family (K3PG). This
research was descriptive with quantitative analysis. Furthermore, the research subject used permanent
employees at Employees cooperative of Petrokimia Gresik Family (K3PG), consist of 52 respondents used as the
research sample and it determined by Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression analysis using SPSS version 25.0. Based on this research, it can be seen that organizational culture
has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment at Employee Cooperative of Petrokimia
Gresik Family (K3PG). This shows that, increasing organizational culture will not affect organizational
commitment commitment at Employee Cooperative of Petrokimia Gresik Family (K3PG), organizational support
has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment commitment at Employee Cooperative of
Petrokimia Gresik Family (K3PG). It is shown that, increasing organizational support will not affect
organizational commitment commitment at Employee Cooperative of Petrokimia Gresik Family (K3PG). Quality
of work life has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment commitment at Employee
Cooperative of Petrokimia Gresik Family (K3PG). This shows that, if the quality of work life increases, it will
increase organizational commitment commitment at Employee Cooperative of Petrokimia Gresik Family
(K3PG).
