PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, STRES KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT MITRA ABADI WISESA

Abstract

This research aimed to observe the effect of competency, work stress, and work environment on the
employees’ performance at PT Mitra Abadi Wisesa. This research was the quantitative method. There
were 40 respondents in this research used as research samples with saturated sampling technique i.e.,
permanent employees and freelance employees at PT Mitra Abadi Wisesa. This research used the
data analysis method i.e., a multiple linear regressions analysis with the instrument of SPSS 25.-
version. The research result concluded that the competency variable had a positive and significant
effect on the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, the work stress variable had a negative but
insignificant effect on the employees’ performance. Furthermore, the work environment variable had a
positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. The effect of competency, work stress,
and work environment on the employees' performance was 28.2%, the rest was 71.8% affected by
other factors outside the variables of competency, work stress, and work environment.
