PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, BURNOUT DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. PANGAN JAYA

Abstract

Huan resource are one of the most important indicators for a company in achieving its objectives.
However, the indicator still becomes the main focus in order to maintain the company’s continuity.
Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, burnout and organization
culture on employees performance. The population was employees of CV. Pangan Jaya. The research
was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturate sampling in which the sample
was all members of the population. In liner with that, there were 55 respondents as the sample.
Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires which were distributed to
the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS
23. Based on the classical assumption test, there was no deviate variable. Meanwhile, from the
hypothesis test it showed work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees
performance. On the other hand, burnout had a negative and significant effect on employees
performance. In contrast, organization culture had a positive and significant effect on employees
performance of CV Pangan Jaya.
