PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN STRESS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Kantor Kecamatan Krembangan Surabaya)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work stress on
employee performance in Krembangan District, Surabaya. The objects that I researched were
employees of the Krembangan sub-district located on Jl. Gresik No.49 Surabaya. The approach used
is a quantitative approach and uses primary data supported by respondent data (questionnaires). The
sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method which is a sampling
technique with the population used is all employees of the Krembangan Surabaya District Office,
totaling 50 respondents. Sources of research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to
respondents. The analytical technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique using
the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program application. The test results in the study
show that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of
employees in Krembangan District Surabaya, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance in Krembangan District Surabaya, and work stress has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance in Krembangan District Surabaya.
