Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of organizational climate, leadership style, and work
motivation on the employees’ job satisfaction of the printing industry at CV. KATO Surabaya. This
research aimed to 1) find out the effect to organizational climate on the employees’ job satisfaction
of the printing industry at CV. KATO Surabaya, 2) find out the effect of leadership style on the
employees’ job satisfaction of printing industry at CV. KATO Surabaya, 3) to find out the effect of
work motivation on the employees’ job satisfaction of printing industry at CV. KATO Surabaya. This
research was quantitative. The research population used 40 employees’ who have worked in the
printing industry at CV. KATO Surabaya. The research sample collection technique used saturated
sampling. Furthermore, the research data collection technique used a questionnaire. The research
data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the instrument of the SPSS
application. The research result of the t-test showed that organizational climate had a positive effect
on the employees’ job satisfaction. Leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the
employees’ job satisfaction. Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’
job satisfaction.
