PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KETIKA WORK FROM HOME (Kasus pada PT. Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat)

Abstract

In the current pandemic era, companies are forced to work from home (WFH) because of the
ongoing Covid-19 cases. The existence of work from home (WFH) makes employees
complete their work and work from home targets. These problems have both positive and
negative impacts on employees. The research population used employees at PT. Berkah
Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA). This research was quantitative and used primary data
supported with the respondents' data (questionnaires). Furthermore, the sample collection
technique used saturated sampling with the amount of sample was 92 respondent
employees who were undergoing work from home (WFH) at PT. PT. Berkah Industri Mesin
Angkat (BIMA). Moreover, the analysis technique of this research used multiple linear
regression analysis with an instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution)
23.0 version. The research result showed that compensation and the jobs environment had a
positive and significant effect on the employees' performance at PT. Berkah Industri Mesin
Angkat (BIMA).
