Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and find out the effect of work burden, work stress, and work
environment on employees’ performance at Social Department City of Surabaya. This research was
quantitative. Furthermore, the research data used secondary data. The population of this research
used 45 respondents, because the research respondents wer in small number therefore this research
used the total population as the research sample, this research used saturated sample i.e., a sample
collection who used all the all population as the research sample. Meanwhile, the research analysis
technique used SPSS 20 version. The data process result with multiple linear regression as the
research result indicated that work burden (BK) had positive and significant effect on the employee’s
performance (KP), work stress (SK) had psoitive and insignificant effect on the employee’s
performance (KP). Moreover, work environment (LK) had positive and significant effects on the
employee’s performance (KP) at Social Department City of Surabaya.
