Abstract

In the globalization era, business competition is running tightly. A company having an effective and efficient human resources will support the company’s development and rapidly improve the standart. This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, motivation and compensation on the employee’s performance. This research used casual comparatives. Furthermore, the research population of this research used employees at PT. Sumber Berkah Tehnik. The data source of this research used primary data and secondary data. Meanwhile, the sample collection technique of this research used the saturated sampling method. Moreover, the data collection has conducted a questionnaire distributed to the 60 respondents. In addition, the analysis technique of this research used multiple linear regression analysis with the instrument of SPSS Statistical Product and Service Solution 23.0 version. The research result showed that the work environment had positive and significant effects on the employees performance at PT. Sumber Berkah Tehnik, while motivation had had positive and significant effects on the employees performance at PT. Sumber Berkah Tehnik, and the compensation had positive and significant effects on the employees performance at PT. Sumber Berkah Tehnik.
