Abstract

The research aimed to examine the effect of product quality, price, product variation, and word of mouth on
repurchase intention. The research was quantitative research. The type of this data is primary data. The population
of this study are the consumers of Alma Teknik Surabaya, the number of which is unknown. Moreover, the data
collection technique use purposive sampling. In which the sample was based on criteria given. Futhermore, the
data were taken through questionnaires which were distributed directly to 98 respondents. The respondents were
customers of the Ship Garage of Alma Teknik Surabaya. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple
linear regression and applies SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20. The instrument test applied the
validity test and the realibility test. In addition, the research result concluded that product quality, price, product
variation, and word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of Ship Garage of
Alma Teknik Surabaya at Jalan Tambak Wedi Baru 18 E Utara number 12.
