Abstract

Human resource management is an important aspect for the company to achieve the company’s goal. In every company, human resource management is required to manage and handle the issues related to duty, situation and conditions of the employees in the company. Furthermore, to succeed the health treatment institutions, Islam Hospital Jemursari Surabaya had the vision to become the international standard hospital and supported by a mission to give a primer and Islamic hospital service to achieve the International service standard quality with partnership principle. This research aimed to examine the effect of work burden, work motivation and work satisfaction on the employee’s performance. This research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research population used employees at RSI Jemursari Surabaya, it was obtained 92 from 120 employees as a sample. Moreover, the sample collection technique of this research used probability sampling with simple random sampling. Besides, the data analysis method of this research used multiple linear analysis with SPSS software. The research result indicated that work burden had a significant effect on the employee’s performance. Meanwhile, work motivation had significantly affected the employee’s performance and work satisfaction had significantly affected the employee’s performance.
