Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio), and Profitability (Return On Asset) on firm value of Food and Beverages companies which had published their financial statements during 2015-2019.
The research population was 10 Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2019. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling technique, in which the sample was based on criteria given. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.
According to the research result, it concluded that Liquidity (Current Ratio) had a negative and significant effect on firm value of Food and Beverages companies during 2015-2019. On the other hand, Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) as well as Profitability (Return On Asset) had a positive and significant effect on firm value of Food and Beverages companies during 2015- 2019.
