Abstract

Work stress is a condition in which employees fel as of they cannot control preasure from either their work environment or workload, so that it reduces their physie, psychology and cause over fatigue. Therefore, tgis research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of interpersonal conflict and workload on work stress of technical executive unit’s employees of PSBTPH. The research was quantitative with sensus as its instrument and saturate sampling as the data collection technique. Moreover, the population wa all technical executive unit’s employees of PSBTPH which was around 47 people. In line with, the sample was all employees. Furthermore, the sampling technique used questionnaires which were distributed to the employees as respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded that both interpersonal conflict and workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress of technical executive unit’s employees of PSBTPH.
