Abstract

This research aimed to find out how far the effect of educational level, work experience, and salary affected employees’ work productivity of the central branch of Bank Jatim, Basuki Rahmat. The research was causal-comparative with quantitative as its approach. While the data were primary with questionnaires as its instrument. The questionnaires were distributed to the central branch of Bank Jatim, Basuki Rahmat within corporate secretary. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturared sampling with 37 employees in the corporate secretary as the sample. Furthermore, independent variables consisted of educational level, work experience, and salary. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was employees’ work productivity. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. Based on the research result, through hypothesis test, it concluded that educational level had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work productivity for about 0.003. Likewise, work experience had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work productivity for about 0.006. Similary, salary had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work productivity for about 0.043.
