Abstract

An organizational culture that is a system of values held and carried out by members of the organization, so it is a way they can distinguish the organization, job stress as a demand that arise because of their adaptive capacity between mind and body or human physical working environment is a condition that affects an employee in doing the job or on the course of the company's operations, employee performance is the result of success in the job. The sample in this study was employees of PT. KAI Logistics Daop VIII Surabaya as many as 87 respondents, sampling techniques using census sampling. Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed the organizational culture PT.Kereta Railway Logistic Surabaya can also be regarded as a social glue for the members of the organization that will have an impact on employee performance, good stress management work can improve employee performance PT.Kereta Railway Logistic Surabaya, working environment such as: lighting, air temperature, and a wide space and security is getting better, then the employee's performance was also improved. The results showed that. Based on the substantive interpretation of significant value, namely: 1). Organizational culture positive influence on employee performance. 2). Job stress has positive influence on employee performance. 3). The working environment has positive influence on employee performance
