Abstract

Employees’ perfomes is very important for companies. In order to achives profitability and companies’ objectives, higher employes’ perfomance is greatly needed. While, employees’ perfomance was affected by compensation, motivation, work environment, leadership style and work discipline. Therefore, both relationships are interesting to be examined at PT. Mitra Karya Prima. Companies’ compensation, employees’ motivation in working, supporting environment in finishing its work, leadership style in arranging employees and work discipline in working were able to support the employees to work better. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT. Mitra Karya Prima with total of 65 people. From the data analysis result, it concluded compensation, work motivation, work environment, and work discipline had positive and significant effect on employees’ perfomance. On the other hand, leadership style did not effect employees’ performance. According to the research result, it showed how positive and significant the relationship among compensation, work motivation, work environtment, work discipline and leadership style on employees’ performance of PT. Mitra Karya Prima. in addition, for the next research, there shuold be other variables which were going to be analyzed and affected employees’ performance.
