Abstract

Either organizations or companies will have to increase their employees performance in order to achieve the objectives which have been proposed. Therefore, this research aimed to find out effect of competence, work discipline and occupational health and safety on employees performance of PT. XYZ. The research was quantitative. While, the population was all employees of PT. XYZ who had minimum educational background of SMA/SMK (30 people). Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. Furthermore, the instrument used questionnaires. Additionally, there were 30 respondents as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23. Based on the research result, it concluded competence had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. XYZ. Likewise, work dicipline significant effect on employees performance of PT. XYZ. Similarly, occupational health and safety had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. XYZ.
