Abstract

AUTO2000 is the largest Toyota retailer in Indonesia, with a market of around 45% of Toyota's sales in Indonesia. The research objective was to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT. AUTO2000 Tbk Branch of Basuki Rachmat Surabaya. The type of research used in the study is a field study. The population in this study were all employees of PT. AUTO2000, Tbk of Basuki Rachmat Branch which is in charge of STNK management. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling with the number of samples used was 50 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use descriptive analysis techniques and also multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the transformational leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress variable has a significant negative effect on employee performance. This is due to the work stress variable which negatively reduces the quality of employee’s performance in a company.
