Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation, compensation, and working environment on employees’ working satisfaction of PT Pos Indonesia, Surabaya. Moreover, the research’s objectives were 1) to find out the effect of motivation on employees’ satisfaction of PT Pos Indonesia, Surabaya, 2) to find out the effect of compensation on employees’ satisfaction of PT Pos Indonesia, Surabaya, and 3) to find out the effect of working environment on employees’ satisfaction of PT Pos Indonesia, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was 75 employees who worked at PT Pos Indonesia, Surabaya. Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. While, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. Meanwhile, from the t-test result, it concluded that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ working satisfaction. Likewise, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ working satisfaction. Similarly, working environment had a positive and significant effect on employees’ working satisfaction.
