Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment on the employees’ performance at Central Jatim Bank Basuki Rahmat Surabaya.This research used a quantitative method with primary data supported with data of each respondent (questionnaire). Furthermore, the sample collection technique of this research used saturated sampling technique with 37 sample respondents of banking employees who were working at Central Jatim Bank Basuki Rahmat Surabaya. Meanwhile, this research used multiple linear analysis methods and SPSS program 26 version. Based on the research result used t analysis test showed that the variable of work discipline had positive and significant effect on the employees performance at Central Jatim Bank Basuki Rahmat Surabaya, moreover the work environment variable had positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at Central Jatim Bank Basuki Rahmat Surabaya, meanwhile, the organizational commitment variable had positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Central Jatim Bank Basuki Rahmat Surabaya.
