ANALISIS PENGARUH TINGKAT SUKU BUNGA, INFLASI, NILAI TUKAR RUPIAH DAN INDEKS HARGA SAHAM DOW JONES TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN (IHSG) DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Abstract

This research aimend to examine the effect of the SBI interest rate, inflation, rupiah exchange rate and the Dow Jones index on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was obtained using the saturated sample method, namely the selection of samples using monthly time series data for 5 years. Based on the time series data, 60 samples were obtained (12 months x 5 years). The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the SBI Interest Rate variable has a negative and significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on Composite Stock Price Index, Rupiah Exchange Rate has a negative and insignificant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, while the Dow Jones Index has a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index.
