PENGARUH RASIO AKTIVITAS, SOLVABILITAS, PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA PADA PERUSAHAAN OTOMOTIF YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the activity ratio, solvability, and profitability on the profit growth at automotive companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Furthermore, activity was measured by Total Asset Turnover, solvability measured by Debt to Asset Ratio, and profitability measured by Return on Asset. This research used quantitative, with a causal-comparative method. Furthermore, this research data collection used secondary data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s financial statement (IDX). Moreover, the analysis method of this research used multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS. On the other hand, the research sample used purposive sampling; therefore, the research sample used 10 companies in the automotive sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This research’s result used the variable of Total Asset Turnover had a positive and insignificant effect on the profit growth. Debt to Asset Ratio had a positive and significant impact on the profit growth, and Return on Asset had positive and influential on the profit growth.
