PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN, STRES KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. JASA RAHARJA (PERSERO) CABANG JAWA TIMUR
This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of education and training, work stress, anda work motivation on employee’ performance of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero), branch of East Java. While, the research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all 35 employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero), branch of East Java. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. Additionally, the data sources were taken by distributing questionnaries to respondents in order to have data and information needed. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear in order to find out how far the effect of education and training, work stress, anda work motivation on employee’ performance. From the research result, it concluded that education and training partially, had positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. On the other hand, work stress had a negative and significant effect on employees’ performance. In contrast, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance.
