Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effectof work motivations, work environment, and work satisfication on the employees’ commitment at PT. Alas Petala Makmur. This research used quantitative research. Futhermore, the data source of this research used primary data. Meanwhile, the sample collection technique used a saturated sampling technique. This sample collection used a questionnaire directly distributed to all population members in the production departmen at PT Alas Petala Makmur questionnaire measyrement used Likert scale. Moreover, the population of this research used 50 employees in the production department with a minimum educational backgroundof senior high school. Besides, the analysis technique of this research used multiple linear regressions analysis technique with the SPSS program. The result of this research concluded that the variables of work motivation, work environment, work satisfication, and employees’ commitment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ perfomance.
