Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) toward the share price of the basic and the cemical industries which are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2019. The population of this study are 71 basic and chemical industries from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2019. In order to homogenize the population, the study applies determined criteria. The applied samples are the saturated samples whih the homogenized population are selected by applying the criteria, so study collects 14 basic and chemical industries from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2019 as the samples. The data analysis of this study is the multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The result of this study indicates the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) gives negative and significant impacts to the share price, the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) gives positives and insignificant impacts to the share price, the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) gives positive and significant impact to the share price.
