Abstract

Human resources have an important role in organization. Each company as well as organizations need human resources in order to achieve objectives. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the effect of leadership style, motivation, and working discipline on employees’ performance of PT. Distrindo Bakti Wutama. The research was casual-quantitative. Moreover, there were 50 employees of PT. Distrindo Bakti Wutama as the sample. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. The criteria was employees who had minimum educational qualification of Senior High School and at least had one year working experience. Additionally, the instrument in data colletion technique used questionnaires, which were distributed to respondents. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research result concluded as follows: (1) there was a significant effect of leader style on employees’ peformance of PT. Distrindo Bakti Wutama; (2) there was a significant effect of working discipline on employees’ performance of PT. Distrindo Bakti Wutama.
