Abstract

The research aimed to examine and analyze of the compensation, the motivation, and the organizational commitment toward the employees performance of PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia. The type of this study is quantitative. The reserch uses a type of comparative causal research.The applied population in this study are the employees of PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia which was located at Jl. Letjen Suprapto 9E Waru Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. The study applies the saturation sampling or the total sampling with utilize all the population, the are 45 respondents. The type of the data is the primary data which are collected by distributing the questionnaires. The analysis of this study applies the multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23.0. The result of this study shows that the compensation, the motivation, and the organizational commitment give significant and tend to posistive impacts to the employees performance of PT Odifa Jelajah Dunia.
