Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the liquidity which is proxied by the current ratio, the levergae which is proxied by the debt to total asset ratio, the sales growth which is proxied by the SG as the independent variable towards the financial distress which is proxied by the Altman Z-Score as the dependent variable. This study is a quantitative research. The applied population are 21 textile and garment companies which are registered in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange in 2013-2019. This collected samples are 7 textile and garment companies. This analysis applies the multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The results obtained by the F test indicate that this research is feasible to use. The result of study shows that current ratio and the sales growth give negative and significant impact to the financial distress, while the leverage give positive and significant impact to the financial distress.
