Abstract

Property and Real Estate companies in Indonesia have developed rapidly. Therefore, in order to be competitive within the business world, the companies have to develop its performance we. Moreover, earning optimal profits in operational activities would interest investors to invest their capital. This research aimed to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on asset growth of Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2019. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling with 27 companies as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression. According to the research result, it concluded that DER had a negative and insignificantn effect on asset growth. On the other hand, NPM had a positive and significant effect on asset growth. Likewise, TATO had a positive and significant effect on asset growth. In addition, Property and Real Estate companies had considered more on its cost of operational activities in order to optimize the profit. As a consequence, the investors would be interested in investing their capital to the companies.
