Abstract

This research was aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, compensation, and work environment on the employees’ performance at PT. Bondi Syad Mulia Surabaya. This research used quantitative while the population used all employees in the production department section totaling 121 people consisting of 34 permanent production employees and 87 contract production employees at PT. Bondi Syad Mulia Surabaya. This research used Simple Random Sampling method with the calculation of the Slovin formula resulting 55 employees. Furthermore, the data collection technique used direct observation at the research site by distributed questionnaire to the respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis technique with SPSS application (Statistical and Service Solution). The result of this examination show that the significance value of each variable is <0.05, which concluded that work motivation, compensation, work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees productivity at PT. Bondi Syad Mulia Surabaya.
