PENGARUH ROE, CR, DAN DER TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2015-2019

Abstract

This study aims to test and to analyze the impact of ROE, CR, and DER toward the share price of the Property and Real Estate companies which are registered in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The type of this study is quantitative research. The population of this study are the 64 property and real estate companies. The study applies the purposive sampling method for collecting 13 property and real estate companies as the samples by considering some criteria. The study applies the multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. Based on the feasibility test (test F) it shows that all the independent variables in this study are feasible for this research. The result of the partial test (test t) shows that the Return on Equity (ROE) gives positive and significant impact to the share price, on the other hand the Current Ratio (CR) gives positive and no significant impact to the stock price, and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) gives negative and significant impact to the share price in the property and real estate companies which are registered in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange during 2015-2019.
