PENGARUH ROA, DER, CURRENT RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN REAL ESTATE YANG ADA DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the ROA, the DER, the Current Ratio toward the share price of the Real Estate companies which are registered in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange. This study is the quantitative research which applies the comparative causal approach. The samples of the study are collected by applying the purposive sampling. As the population of this study, the 74 property and real estate companies in 2015-2019 period, there are 12 qualified companies for the samples. The data of this study is secondary, which are the companies’ annual financial reports, that are processed by applying the multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) program. The result of this study shows that the ROA (Return On Assets) gives positive and significant impact to the share price, the DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) gives negative and insignificant impact to the share price, the Current Ratio gives positive and insignificant impact to the share price.
