PENGARUH PELATIHAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of training, work environment and competence on employees’ work productivity of PT. Eka Karunia Motor, Surabaya. While, the research was comparative-quantitative. Moreover, the population was employees of PT. Eka Karunia Motor, Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with, there were 50 respondents as sample. Additionally, the data were primary with questionnaires as the instrument. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 23. The research result concluded training had positive and significant effect on employees’ work productivity of PT. Eka Karunia Motor, Surabaya. This was supported by Lestari (2018). Likewise, work environment had positive and significant effect on employees’ work productivity of PT. Eka Karunia Motor, Surabaya. This was supported by Ningsih et. al., (2017). Similarly, competence had positive and significant effect on employees’ work productivity of PT. Eka Karunia Motor, Surabaya. This was supported by Tumiwa et.al., (2017).
