Abstract

The research aimed to find out how big th effect of compensation, motivation and work dicipline on employees performance of PT. Mustika Citra Rasa. The research was decspritive quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. Futhermore, the data were primary. Additonaly, there were 65 respondents of employee who worked in production division, at PT. Mustika Citra Rasa (Holland Bakery), kertajaya branch, surabaya. While, the independent variables were namely, compensation, motivation and work dicipline. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was employee performances. In addition, the testing instrument used validity and reliability test. Besides, the data analysist technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 21. The research reslut concluded compensation had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. Musika Citra Rasa. Likewise, motivation had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. Mustika Citra Rasa, work dicipline had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. Musika Citra Rasa
