Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership, motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior on the employees’ performance at PT. Vista Mitra Surabaya. This research was quantitative. Furthermore, the sample collection technique of this research was obtained by purposive sampling i,e. sample selection with determining criteria by the research. Based on the purposive sampling method, there were 50 sample. The amount of the samples was taken from employees who worked at PT. Vista Mitra Surabaya. The data analysis technique of this research used multiple linear regression analysis with the instrument of computer software SPSS 21 version to examine the effect of leadership, motivasion, and organizational citizenship behavior on the employees’ performance. On the other hand, the result of this research showed that the variable of leadership had a positive an significanteffect on the employees’ performance, while the variable of motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance and the variable of organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance.
