Abstract

Human resource is an essential asset in achieving companies’ objectives. Therefore, the companies have to
increase their human resource in order to maximize its objective. Some efforts are given, such as: give
compensation to employees, increase employees’ motivation and arrange workload which suitable with
employees. The research aimed to find out the effect of compensation, motivation and workload on employees’
performance. While, the population was 65 employees of PT. Gunawan Dianjaya Steel. Moreover, the data
collection technique used saturated sampling technique, in which all member of population were the sample.
Furthermore, the instrument in data collection techniques used questionnaires. Additionally, the data analysis
technique used multiple linear regression analysis. According to the research result, it concluded compensation
had significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. Gunawan Dianjaya Steel. Likewise, motivation had
significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. Gunawan Dianjaya Steel. Similarly, workload had
significant effect on employees’ performance of PT. Gunawan Dianjaya Steel.
