Abstract

Human resources becomes important factor which can determine organization’s success in running its activities and fulfilling its planning objectives. Therefore, the organization needs to give attention to human resources so that they can work effectively and efficiently in order to improve teacher’s performance. This research aimed to examine the effect of achievement motivation, work environment, work stress on teacher’s performance of SDIT Ar-Rayan Surabaya. The type of research conducted was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population becomes sample of respondent. In line with, there were 50 respondents. Furthermore, the instrument used questionnaire. Additionally, the data testing used descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression, proper model test, correlation coefficient test, partial determination coefficient test and partial test (t-test) with SPSS as its analysis technique. The research result concluded achievement motivation, work environment, work stress had positive significant on teacher’s performance of SDIT Ar-Rayyan Surabaya.
