PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN NILAI PASAR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE

Abstract

Both domestic and foreign investors have great interest on investment in capital market, which in form of stock. However, this kind of investment have relative higher risk since it is very sensitive with changes. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of profitability, which was referred to Return On Asset (ROA),Return On Equity (ROE), and market value, which was referred to Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price of property and real estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018 The populasi was 18 property and real estate companies which werelisted on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling in line with, there were 9 companies as sample statement. Additionally, the data analysis twchnique used multiple linear regression. The hypothesis test concluded Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had positive and significant effect on stock price of property and real estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. On the other hand,Return On Asset (ROA) had positive but insignificant effect on stock price of property and real estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018.
