Abstract

At present, companies’ development in Indonesia has greatly improved. The encourages the management to have improvement periodically in order to increase is quality. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the effect of PT. Aria Sumit Andalan. The research was casual-comparative. While, the population was PT. Aria Sumit Andalan. Moereover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling or total sampling. At this technique, all population was used as sample. Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used quetionaries. In line with, there were 40 respondents as sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The research result concluded leadership style had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. Similary, work discipline had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. In addition, percentage which were taken from the three independent variable on dependent variable was 98.4%. Meanwhile, the rest of 1.6% was affected by other factors outside the research.
