Abstract

Human resources is one of the important factors which has bigger role in company’s development. Regarding its
importance, each organization has to pay attention on its employees performance. Therefore, this research aimed
to find out the effect of work environment, self efficacy and organization commitmen on employees performance
of PT. Hira Adya Naranata. The research was quantitative. While the population was employees of PT. Hira
Adya Naranata. Moreover, the data were secondary. Furthermore, the data collection techniqur used saturated
sampling with questionnaires as the instrument. In line with, there were 60 respondents of employee as sample.
Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and
Service Solution) 23. The research result concluded work environment had positive and significant effect on
emplolyees performance. Likewise, self efficacy had positive and significant effect on employees performance.
Similarly, organization commitment had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. Hira
Adya Naranata.
