Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of work stress, fee and organization culture on employee’s performance of Starbucks Coffee at Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya.The Research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all member of population were the sample. In line with, there were 37 respondents of Starbucks Coffee employee as sample. Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 23.The Research result concluded work stress had negative and significant effect on employee’s performance of Starbucks Coffee. On the other hand, fee had positive and significant effect on employee’s performance of Starbucks Coffee. Likewise, organization culture had positive and significant effect on employee’s performance of Starbucks Coffee at Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya.
