PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS DAN SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

The rersearch aimed to find put the effect of profitability, liquidity and solvability on firm value of property and
real estate companies. Which were listed on indonesia stock exchange during 2014-2018. while, the population was
48 property and real estate companies. Which were listed on indonesia stock exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018.
moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with there were 11 companies as sample.
Futhermore, the data analysist technique used multiplie linear regression with SPSS (Statictical Product and
Service Solution ) 25. meanwhile, based on data analysist, tehre were two variables, namely independent
variables., ie profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR) and solvability (DER) and dependent variable firm value (PBV).
additionaly, the research result concluded profitability had positive and significant effect on firm value. It mean,
the higher the company’s profit, the higher firm value. On the other hand, liquidity had positive but insignificant
effect on firm value. In other words, company was not able to fulfit its current debt. Likewise, solvability had
positive but insignificant effect on firm value. This meant, company in supporting ist asset was prefer using its
capital, in which from retained carning and stock capital to debts
