Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of motivation, work, environment and work discipline on employees’ performance of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero). While, the population was employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero). Moreover, the research was quantitive. Furthermore, the data collection technique used satured sampling, in which the sample was all respondents within population. In line with, there were 105 respondents of employee of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) as sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20. This research result concluded motivation had significant effect on employess’ performance of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero). Likewise, work environment had significant effect on employees’ performance of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero). Similarly, work discipline had significant effect on employess’ performance of PT Jasa Raharja. In brief, from all of the variables, work environment became the dominant factor on employees’ performance of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero).
