Abstract

Food and Beverages companies are companies which can develop economy in Indonesia. It happens since food and beverages are part of human basic needs. Besides, it is also affected by the increase of public’s consumption level. Therefore, firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2019. The research was causal-comparative, in which identify cause and effect relationship between two variables and more. Moreover, the population was 27 Food and Beverages companies. In line with, there were 11 companies as sample. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded profitability (ROE) had positive significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, liquidity (CR) had negative and insignificant effect on firm value. On the other hand, leverage (DER) had positive but insignificant effect on firm value.
