Abstract

The quality of human resources is determined by the extent to which the system in the field of human resources is able to support and satisfy the desires of employees and companies. Increased knowledge, skills, attitude change, behavior, correction of performance deficiencies are needed to improve performance and productivity through the work environment, motivation and training of leaders or companies. It is realized that one of the main reasons someone becomes an employee or working in an organization is the desire to meet the needs of his daily life. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work environment, motivation, and training on the performance of employees of PT Bank UOB Branch Coklat Surabaya. Type of research in this thesis is a comparative causal research. The sample used in this research were 67 employees of PT Bank UOB Branch Coklat Surabaya). In this research the analysis tool used is multiple linear analysis. The results in this study indicate that work environment has an effect on employee performance; motivation effect on employee performance; training effect on employee performance.
