Abstract

This research is meant to find out and to test the influence of compensation and work environment variables to the employees’ job satisfaction on PT Galang Kreasi Sempurna Surabaya. The population is the employees of PT Galang Kreasi Sempurna and the samples are 60 respondents. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regression which is meant to calculate the magnitude of the coefficient regression in order to shows the influence of compensation and work environment variables to the employees’ job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the goodness of fit test (F Test) has been done to test the model feasibility in the research model. The result of F test shows that the regression model can be used to predict the Employees’ Job Satisfaction. The result of the t test shows that the compensation has significant and positive influence to the job satisfaction employees and work environment has significant and positive influence to the job satisfaction of the employees on PT Galang Kreasi Sempurna Surabaya. Meanwhile, compensation is the variable which has dominant influence to the employees’ job satisfaction on PT Galang Kreasi Sempurna Surabaya.
