PERBEDAAN IHSG SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PELANTIKAN Ir.H. JOKO WIDODO SEBAGAI PRESIDEN R.I.

Abstract

This research is meant to analyze the difference of IHSGon the property companies before and after the inauguration of Ir.H.Joko Widodo as the President of Republic Indonesia. The research object is the group of property and real estate companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The analysis technique is the paired sample t test to the difference of IHSG before and after the inauguration.The result of 5 period of analysis which have been done by calculatingthe average of IHSG 100 days before and 100 days after the inauguration. During the 100 days after the leadership of Ir. H. Joko Widodo theaverage of IHSGis higher than the period of 100 days before the inauguration. Meanwhile, the result which has been obtained from the paired sample ttest shows that the IHSG of the property and real estate companies before and after the inauguration in the period of 1-20 days, 1-40 days and 1-60 days do nothaveany significant difference. Meanwhile, in the period of 61-80 days and 81-100 days there are significant difference.
